Ewelina Ko\u015bciuk (\u201dthe heart\u201d)<\/h2>\n

Ewelina is someone who, instead of complaining that Bia\u0142ystok had no healthy patisserie, decided to create one herself.<\/p>\n

A mathematician by education and a sports enthusiast by calling (a long-time fitness competitor with numerous medals and trophies to her name), she started by handcrafting sugar- and gluten-free cake recipes in her home kitchen.<\/p>\n

Today, FIT CAKE is her lifestyle and a dream come true \u2014 grown into a network that has changed the way Poles think about sweets.<\/p>\n

As the heart of the organization, she looks after the quality of every product and every franchisee with the same energy and empathy.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

RAFA\u0141 KO\u015aCIUK (\"the brain\")<\/h2>\n

Rafa\u0142 is a person for whom \"impossible\" is just a word in the dictionary.<\/p>\n

For over 20 years, he built and managed various businesses before joining FIT CAKE \u2014 and it was precisely this experience that turned a single venue in Bia\u0142ystok into a network operating in several countries and dozens of cities across Poland.<\/p>\n

He has been practicing karate for over 30 years and currently holds the master's rank of I DAN (black belt). In business management, he focuses on relationships \u2014 because it is people who scale a business.<\/p>\n

Board member of the Polish Franchise Organization. Founder and president of the Sugarless Foundation, supporting children with diabetes. Creator of the FIT CAKE FLEX model.<\/p>\n
