On 17 September, Rafa\u0142 Ko\u015bciuk, owner of FIT CAKE and member of the board of the Polish Franchisers' Organisation, took part in a meeting of the Sejm's standing subcommittee on the labour market. This is an important step towards building a transparent and responsible franchise market in Poland.<\/strong><\/p>\n

What it looked like in practice<\/h2>\n

Rafa\u0142, together with Magdalena Parfianowicz, Dr Anna Hlebicka-J\u00f3zefowicz, Monika D\u0105browska, Filip Puchalski and Damian Ozga, spoke in a discussion on how franchising works in Poland. The conversation was about what this business model looks like today and how it should develop.The owner of FIT CAKE focused on the training of the franchise candidate and his education, which is essential in the process of entering a franchise. Difficult situations cannot be avoided - as in any business. However, they can be prevented through reliable education and a transparent information process.Magdalena Parfianowicz emphasised that a reliable implementation process, based on transparent communication, education and real verification of the candidate, is the basis of modern franchise systems. Her conclusion? Prevention, not just regulation, should be the foundation of safe cooperation.Filip Puchalski talked about the requirements for franchise candidates and the opportunities and challenges of joining the franchise community.He was also keen to show the positive dimension of franchising in Poland .<\/p>\n
