My life is not just business

Rafał Kościuk, is not only the owner of the Fit Cake brand, but also a man with a rich CV who goes beyond the business sphere. He heard some time ago that we all strive for comfort, and we are most creative when there is discomfort .

For Rafal, karate is not just a sport, but a foundation that shapes his character. He has been indulging this passion for thirty years now. However, as is often the case in life, at some point excuses began to dominate. Work, responsibilities, lack of time - all these effectively obscured the vision of realising his dreams. Rafał let go for twenty-three years, but this break was only a certain pause from pursuing his passion.

A year ago he decided to return to karate, and this decision turned out to be one of the best he has ever made. It was karate training that taught him the value of hard work and steadfast principles. He recalls that coming third at the tournament was not exactly what he wanted to achieve, but it was an important step in his personal development.

Rafał understands very well that achieving dreams takes time, dedication and determination. One fight he lost was actually better than winning because it showed him that achieving dreams doesn't work on KLIK .

In Rafal's life, business is one thing, but his story shows that true strength lies in determination, working on oneself and a willingness to overcome one's limitations. His adventure in karate is not just a fight on the mat, but a metaphor for a life path that leads to personal perfection and fulfilment.
