Rice, smoked salmon, *edemame soy*, mango, avocado, mung bean sprouts, wakame seaweed, coriander, *gluten-free soy sauce*, Himalayan salt, Fit Cake vinaigrette*.

*Vinegrette Fit Cake: olive oil, fig mustard [, lemon juice, fresh herbs:coriander, basil, apple juice, mango juice, date syrup, Himalayan salt.

Blend all ingredients to the consistency of a perfectly smooth sauce (preferably in a thermomix or blender to finely chop the herbs). Store in the fridge in a jar for up to 2 weeks.
