The Fit Cake brand, recognised as the market leader in healthy, sugar-free desserts, is consistently pursuing its growth strategy. May 2025 proved to be a landmark year for the chain, with three new confectioneries in various regions of Poland joining the ranks of locations, and an innovative outlet in the Fit Cake To Go format was launched in Pabianice.
A historic day for the Fit Cake brand
17 May 2025 went down in the brand's history as a special day. On the same day, three new Fit Cake patisseries opened and debuted in strategic locations:
Opole (Zaodrze) - the brand's first presence in the capital of the Opole Voivodeship, marking its entry into a new regional market.
Skórzewo - strengthening Fit Cake's position in Wielkopolska, confirming the brand's growing popularity in the region.
Gliwice (City Centre) - strategic location in the centre of the Silesian agglomeration, opening up access to a wide range of customers.
All newly opened locations offer the full range of Fit Cake's signature products: sugar-free desserts, ketogenic baked goods, gluten-free cakes and snacks. Their high quality and unique recipes are enjoyed by customers nationwide.
Another opening on the horizon
The brand's development plans are not slowing down. In June, the Fit Cake patisserie will make its debut in Kielce, which will be tantamount to entering the Świętokrzyskie voivodship market. This is another step in the brand's nationwide expansion.
Innovative Fit Cake To Go format in Pabianice
New to the chain is the launch of the first Fit Cake To Go outlet in Pabianice. Behind this project are Sonia and Hubert - local entrepreneurs who have set their sights on an innovative business model combining their passion for a healthy lifestyle with a modern form of sales.
"The idea was born from observing the changing needs of consumers," - says Hubert, an owner with 20 years of experience in catering. "More and more people are interested in the keto diet and are looking for gluten-free alternatives. Fit Cake responds perfectly to these expectations."
A hybrid model adapted to the realities of the market
Due to the limited availability of suitable premises, Sonia and Hubert opted for a hybrid model - the production kitchen is in a separate location and the point of sale was launched in the Tkalnia shopping centre.
"After many weeks of research, we decided on a solution that allows us to optimise costs while reaching a wide range of customers," - Sonia explains. "Tkalnia is the most prestigious shopping centre in Pabianice, which gives us a great starting point."
Health, comfort and business efficiency
Rafal Kościuk, owner of the brand, highlights the positive aspects of the new format: "What I'm most excited about in the development of Fit Cake To Go is the response from customers. People who previously had no time for healthy snacks are now coming back to us regularly. The To Go format is influencing people to change their daily eating habits. Franchisees appreciate the simplicity of doing business and the quick return on investment. This is a sign that our philosophy - combining health with a 'smart' approach to catering - really works."
Fit Cake franchise as a sound investment
"Our franchisees choose a proven business model that guarantees a competitive advantage in the market," - says Rafał Kościuk. "We offer not only a recognisable brand and unique products, but also comprehensive support at every stage of business development. From assistance with site selection, to customer service training, to ongoing operational advice."
The revolutionary To Go format
The Fit Cake To Go format in particular is proving revolutionary in terms of cost efficiency. Instead of high rents for traditional premises, franchisees invest in mobile containers that can be financed through leasing. Operating costs are significantly lower and the start-up process takes just a few days. This solution is ideal for entrepreneurs who want to enter the healthy catering market quickly.
Vision of the future
"We are democratising access to healthy food while creating viable business opportunities for our partners," - Rafal Kościuk concludes. "Biodegradable packaging, energy-efficient solutions and strategic locations in city centres are what make us stand out in the market. I see huge potential in this concept - not only in Poland, but also abroad, where the first enquiries from potential investors are already coming in."
The Fit Cake brand is consistently building its position in the healthy catering market, combining an innovative approach to business with a response to the growing needs of consumers. May 2025 will undoubtedly go down as a milestone in the history of the development of this dynamic network.
