The franchise industry in Poland has its own leaders who are shaping its future and standards of operation. One of them is Rafał Kościuk, co-founder and co-owner of the Fit Cake brand, who has once again been elected to the board of the Polish Organisation of Franchisors. This recognition is testament to his contribution to the development of the entire sector and the position he holds in the industry.
Unanimous industry confidence
Rafał Kościuk, co-founder and co-owner of the leading Fit Cake brand, a pioneer in the segment of healthy, sugar-free desserts, has again and unanimously been elected to the board of the Polish Organisation of Franchisors (POF). This prestigious award confirms Fit Cake's position as one of the most innovative and responsible franchise networks in Poland.
Appreciated experience in difficult times
Rafał Kościuk was recognised for his successful management and development of the brand even in the most difficult market moments. His approach to building a franchise network based on transparency and innovation, combined with an exceptional product, sets an example for the entire industry.
"The greatest value in the franchise market is its transparency and innovation combined with a unique product and offer. At POF, I will continue to support the building of transparent rules of cooperation and promote the Code of Good Franchise Practices, of which we are signatories," - Rafał Kościuk emphasises.
Mission to the Polish Franchiser Organisation
According to Rafał Kościuk, the POF is an organisation to belong to, because for years it has been taking grassroots action to regulate the franchise sector, which has so far developed in a rather uncoordinated manner. One of the POF's most important achievements was the development of the Code of Good Franchise Practices, which defines in an unambiguous yet flexible way the basic principles of franchising in Poland, ahead of the regulations prepared by the Ministry of Justice.
Diversity requires consistent standards
"The franchise sector is characterised by great diversity - covering very different industries and businesses of all sizes: from multinationals to indigenous, smaller companies. Each entity has different experiences and challenges. In order to grow effectively and respond to dynamic market changes, we need to have a comprehensive overview and ensure that consistent standards apply to all players in the sector," explains Monika Dąbrowska, president of POF.
Fit Cake as an example of responsible franchising
The leading Fit Cake brand, under the leadership of Rafal Kościuk, has become a symbol of an innovative approach to franchising in Poland. The brand, which aims to democratise access to healthy food by offering tasty, sugar-free alternatives to traditional desserts, responds to the growing demand of health-conscious consumers looking for high-quality products without compromising on taste.
The Fit Cake chain is growing dynamically both in Poland and is planning an even wider expansion abroad, staying true to its aim of creating products that combine health with exceptional taste.
A model for the industry
Rafal Kościuk's re-election to the POF board is not only a recognition of his personal achievements, but also a confirmation that a responsible approach to franchising, based on transparency and high product quality, is the future of the industry. His experience in building the Fit Cake brand from the ground up shows that it is possible to combine business success with social responsibility and concern for consumer health.
