Ewelina Kościuk (”the heart”)
Ewelina is someone who, instead of complaining that Białystok had no healthy patisserie, decided to create one herself.
A mathematician by education and a sports enthusiast by calling (a long-time fitness competitor with numerous medals and trophies to her name), she started by handcrafting sugar- and gluten-free cake recipes in her home kitchen.
Today, FIT CAKE is her lifestyle and a dream come true — grown into a network that has changed the way Poles think about sweets.
As the heart of the organization, she looks after the quality of every product and every franchisee with the same energy and empathy.
RAFAŁ KOŚCIUK ("the brain")
Rafał is a person for whom "impossible" is just a word in the dictionary.
For over 20 years, he built and managed various businesses before joining FIT CAKE — and it was precisely this experience that turned a single venue in Białystok into a network operating in several countries and dozens of cities across Poland.
He has been practicing karate for over 30 years and currently holds the master's rank of I DAN (black belt). In business management, he focuses on relationships — because it is people who scale a business.
