Vegan: rice flour, arrowroot, egg plant husk, yeast, sea salt
1. pour the mixture into a bowl.
2. add 2 tablespoons of olive oil, 1 teaspoon of honey to 200 ml of boiled water and pour into a bowl
3. mix with a spoon and knead with your hands
4. cover with a cloth and leave in a warm place to rise 5. knead the dough again and roll out thinly on baking paper
6. preheat the oven to 250-300*C
7. transfer the dough to the baking tray, spoon the sauce over the dough.
8. bake for 17-20 mins depending on how hot your oven is. 3 min before the end put the toppings on
