Coming from a small village with a lack of gyms, Ewelina Choińska became a successful fitness athlete. Her story is proof that nothing is impossible. Seeking an alternative to unhealthy sweets, she became co-author of sugar-free desserts that have won the hearts of customers both in Poland and abroad. Now, as co-owner of the Fit Cake franchise, Ewelina runs a brand that not only offers healthy snacks, but also inspires women to develop their potential.
Rafal Kościuk, Ewelina's life partner, helped transform the small manufactory into a rapidly growing franchise chain, although this was not initially the aim of setting up the business.
Fit Cake uses the term "non-cake shop" to communicate an important message to the world: it is possible to prepare tasty, low-calorie baked goods from good ingredients, without artificial additives. Since the first location in Bialystok in 2016, the brand has grown to over 80 fit cafés in Poland and abroad (Malta, Romania, Spain, Sweden, Austria).
The 'Silne Obcasy' project represents an important stage in the development of the Fit Cake brand, focusing on women who have yet to discover their potential. It is a business, social and inspirational initiative aimed at breaking down barriers, building confidence and supporting women's professional and personal development.
Ewelina Choińska, project ambassador, will share her story, and the Silne Obcasy project offers mentoring, training, workshops and networking to support women in building their skills, managing their business and overcoming entrepreneurial challenges.
Not only do we support women in the development of their own businesses, but we also engage in social action, promoting equality of opportunity and support for women in different walks of life. In this way, Fit Cake becomes not only a brand, but also a symbol of women's strength, determination and togetherness to succeed and achieve their business dreams.
