Sugar and gluten free expansion. 10 new locations in one month!!!

We have achieved impressive success, opening as many as 10 new locations in one month. This exciting growth of the brand confirms that more and more people appreciate healthy and tasty alternativesy.

Our franchise is the leader in low-calorie cakes in our country. All baked goods offered by Fit Cake are sugar-free, using erythritol instead. In addition, all products are gluten-free and certified. The brand firmly rejects artificial ingredients, which makes Fit Cake an excellent alternative for people with different dietary restrictions and different food preferences.

The cities in which Fit Cake has gained new locations are: Słubice, Chojnice, Wilanów, Katowice Śródmieście, Olkusz, Kościan and Warsaw Targówek. In addition, even before the end of June, Fit Cake is planning to open further locations in Nowa Sól, Wieluń and the first location in Spain, demonstrating the brand's dynamic growth rate.

We are extremely proud of our achievements. Record-breaking openings of local Fit Cake franchises are evidence of the growing interest in our gluten-free and sugar-free products, which are hugely popular with those concerned about a healthy diet.

Building on its achievements to date, the network has set itself a 'Big Hairy Audacious Goal'. Although it sounds not very serious it is a growth strategy (Big Hairy Audacious Goal), made famous by the book 'Scaling Up. Rockekeeper Habits 2.0'. It is prepared for many years, taking into account the various risks and crises that can overturn the market.

Fit Cake has developed such a strategy for 2023 - 2030, dividing this period into two phases. The first is to bring the chain 150 new locations by 2026. If this is successful, the brand believes it is capable of growing the number of franchises to 300 by 2030, 10 per cent of which will be overseas outlets.

We think of it not only in terms of scaling the business. Our intention is to become as complete as possible. Of course we want to multiply the number of locations, but we also want to develop and popularise sugar-free menus, constantly educate consumers and ourselves, flexibly adapt our structures to new market conditions and, above all, not lose taste. Overall, we are trying to be the change we would like to see around the world. So far we are on the right track. Our desserts are available in Malta, Romania, in a moment in Spain and other countries.

The Fit Cake franchise has no intention of slowing down. And it is communicating about further openings planned for July. Among them are: Radom (re-opening), Ursus (re-opening), Slupsk (opening) and another location in Plock.

Fit Cake is constantly growing and our plans for the future are even more ambitious. We are confident that our unique offering and constant focus on quality and taste will attract more customers, strengthening our position in the specialist café market.
