Keto: Flax flour, gluten-free oat fibre, bamboo fibre, oatmeal hull, raising agent (sodium carbonate), guar gum, Himalayan salt
1. prepare 210ml hot water, 8g olive oil, optional for flavour 2g instant or fresh yeast, 1 tsp vinegar or lemon juice. 2. Pour the water into a bowl, add the oil and optional yeast and loose mix.

4. let the dough rest for about 10 minutes to set then add vinegar or lemon juice and knead until the dough comes together in a ball
5. transfer the dough to a greased 30cm diameter baking tray 6. spread or roll out the dough with your hands. Fold the edges over the sides of the tin.
7. Place in a preheated oven to 200*C and bake for 20 minutes using the thermo-circuit.
8. spoon the ingredients onto the baked pastry and bake for 10 minutes.
